nev, grandpa cal, and i all had lunch together at the phoenix zoo! pointing at the airplane in the sky!
nev loves the airplanes and has really good eyesight. she can spot a plane from a very far distance and she associates the sound of a plane too and will look for it in the sky when she hears the engine. in the process of standing up!

the princess and the pea...eating my peas at the biltmore resort!
we took our usual sunday bike ride to the biltmore resort. i had some dinner and mom and dad relaxed with a glass of wine. the bartender, office manager, and waitress all love me here and wait for me to show up on sundays! "num, num" salmon, peas, bananas...
oh boy! a real bathtub!
usually i take a bath in the laundry room utility sink...this is much more fun! driving to sunrise ski resort in arizona!
who would guess that 3.5 hours away from the sun and 80 degree weather in phoenix that a foot of snow had just fallen in northern az?!! my first snowsuit!

uncle rob was in town for work and he came to visit. i wasn't quite sure what to think since he looks and sounds a little bit like my daddy...i was a bit shocked and speechless (for once)! a smiling monster!?!

i liked the ride to begin with...then got a little scared and wanted to climb off the shark...then wanted to get back on and finish the ride! petting the goats! what fun!

nev and i went with joe to show low, arizona last thursday. he had some meetings and we went along for some fun! we stayed for 2 nights and went sledding at sunrise ski resort about 30 minutes away from show low! playing with my shoes!
i liked to open and close the hotel closet doors. i would take my shoes out of the closet and play with them and then i would put them back. i also liked to play inside the closet too! ski slopes off in the distance!

i wasn't sure what to do when mom set me down on the ground! i just stood still... whee!!!
we couldn't find a sled anywhere but were able to rent a tube so we could go down some snowy hills! yippee! my first snow experience!

after working up an appetite we got to have some lunch...carnitas, olives, veggie burger, tortilla...and more! i like olives like my daddy and couldn't stop eating them! playing on the fluffy hotel bed!
nev likes to roll around on beds and do semi-somersaults. she also had fun as daddy was flying through the air and jumping on the bed...hmmm...should we be teaching her that? i'm ready...

spring training 2009!
aunt stacey, grandma marsha, grandpa cal, mommy and i all went to a baseball spring training game on friday, march 20th. we saw the ny giants beat the chicago white sox! we had a good time and it was a beautiful day! hanging out at the baseball game

i like to watch a little bit of the game, play, eat, play, watch the people and play some more! enjoying the baseball game with my family!

a beautiful day for a hike...
mommy, daddy and i went to spread the ashes of our doggy, phoenix, who passed away this past november. phoenix loved hiking in the mountains so we spread her ashes there. mommy wanted them near the "teddy bear cholla area" since phoenix was prone to getting the cactus needles stuck in her paws since she was so curious! it was a perfect moment... my friends
deanna and beth take care of us when we come for a visit on sundays at the local resort! they are so nice to me! chasing the ball!

boy is mommy a sucker! all i had to do was sit and play in the store at the table and chairs and look cute...and voila i got my own for at home! building a block tower!
