nev has been "talking" up a storm lately with all her new sounds! it is hard to describe what they all sound like but she looks like she is trying to talk and tell stories! she is the queen at making small little "ugh" "ugh" whimpers to get your attention in the middle of the nap and then turning on her biggest smiles once someone responds. she is smiling when being fed from the bottle and then when i try to give her the pacifier. it is so cute but the more i laugh and smile back the more she does it (of course)! needless to say it takes me longer to feed her (from the bottle) or get her to go back to sleep when i keep reinforcing her (it is so hard to keep a straight face). she continues to roll over and grab things with her hands. she holds her own hands at times as well. she has been staring at her toes quite a bit and wiggling her toes around a lot!
grandma and grandpa black have been here this past week and, once again, have been very helpful! she definitely knows how to turn on the charm when they are around!
she got in our pool (up to her belly) in her swim suit and did not mind it at all. i will post a photo of that soon. she continues to amaze joe and i with how wonderful and sweet her personality is (could she really be our child?)!
