according to nev's teachers she really loves to dance! they sing almost every day and she gets so excited and starts dancing! she dances some at home too and loves to play her little play radio so she can move to the music it plays! she now has started to move her hands when they sing "itsy bitsy spider" at school. she definitely is trying to imitate the finger movements the teachers do. she also takes both hands and opens and closes them when singing "twinkle, twinkle little star." the teachers do this to emulate the "twinkle."
she also got a stroller recently to push her babies around and loves it! she gets so proud of herself and then starts to laugh!
in other updates, she still has a great appetite and it appears she is gaining some more weight. she still eats pretty much any food and her favorites are still cheese, yogurt, and pancakes or waffles with a little bit of syrup. she also can chug her milk pretty fast and drinks a lot of it. she is still drinking whole milk. she likes to try drinking from a regular cup and has made a little bit of progress. they are working on this with her at school too. she still can wear some 6-9 month clothes and 6-12 month clothes but is also able to wear some 12-18 month items too! she still goes to bed at 6pm (and it is still hard to get her to wait until then) and wakes up anytime between 6:30 and 7am now. this is a little earlier than before...darn! and usually after she wakes up in the morning she will come snuggle in bed with joe and i. she takes one nap a day now...usually after lunch and will nap for 1-2 hours.
she loves bathtime and splashes all over! she takes bubble baths and sometimes tries to eat or drink the bubbles! she likes to take her toys and put them inside a cup and then take then back out! she also takes the drain stopper after we are done and puts it back to cover the drain!
she is enjoying pop-up books right now and books that make noise by pressing a button. she is making more sounds when she talks and will say "yea, yea" at times. i haven't figured out what that means yet. she also sings in her cute little voice!
tomorrow she will be 13 months old! she still has no teeth but the doctor assures me they are there! we go back to the doctor tomorrow to check on her double ear infection.
