wow, what a great christmas! i have been so excited all month with all the christmas excitement. i had an elf, sarah, visit me every day (from the book elf on the shelf) to make sure i was being good and santa even sent me a personal message to mommy's email. i got to drive around looking at lots of christmas lights, sit in santa's sleigh with my bff, luci, watch christmas cartoons, go to zoolights at the Phoenix Zoo, and i learned lots of new christmas carols.
we had christmas eve dinner at my house and mai mai made our annual swedish dinner! it was yummy! my favorite part is the cookie tray for dessert though! i even got to open up 2 presents on christmas eve! mommy and daddy got me some christmas pajamas and boppa and mai mai gave me the book "twas the night before christmas." the book has their voices recorded reading the book! i thought that was so clever and kept "reading"/listening to the book over and over again!
then, santa actually came to our house. i worked really hard to use my manners, go to bed on time, listen, and not whine. i guess i was a good girl! we left out some food for him and he ate most of the cookies and drank all of the milk. the reindeer ate the carrots and also some of the food we sprinkled outside in our yard! i thought i heard jingle bells while i was sleeping!! i waited patiently on christmas morning until aunt she she, boppa and mai mai came over and then i ran down the hallway to see the christmas tree! it was magical!!! i opened all of my presents "all by myself" and also took time to enjoy what other people got too.
i asked for "toys and books" and boy, oh boy...did i get some! santa, even brought me a brand new bike! i love it and have been riding it every day so far! i also got lots of great presents from my family...games, puzzles, books, a music player, cash register, digital camera, clothes, nail polish, art supplies, a baby doll i can take in the bath tub...lots of fun things!!!! i can't stop playing with all my new things! thank you to everyone for all my my presents!!!
