it's official...

...nev is definitely sitting up on her own now! i decided that once she could hold a toy in both hands and sit without falling over for a couple of minutes that it would be official, and she has been doing this for the past week now!  it is also official that she no longer is nursing during the night.   the first night she "slept through the night" was july 3, 2008.  she goes to bed at 6pm and sleeps until at least 6:30am if not 7:30am.  her naps have been pretty good lately too...so i feel like we are back on track with a good schedule!  however, i have just jinxed myself, so it will all change tomorrow i am sure!

she is also getting up on her hands and knees and rocking back and forth!  she doesn't go anywhere but she is sure trying hard!  it is so cute to watch!  sometimes i catch her doing it in her crib while she pushes against it!  i think she is trying to be sneaky and not let me know what she is working on!

this is such a fun age...smiles, giggles, and constant curiosity!
