tomorrow is daddy's birthday! i am good at saying "luv ya" to daddy...so that is what i plan to say tomorrow for his birthday present! i tend to say "bye bye...luv ya" to lots of people because that is what i hear mommy say at the end of her phone conversations with bappa, mai mai, and aunt she she!
in other news, i have been a bit sick for the last few days. i have had some bodily issues and i am not allowed to go back to school until it is under control. the doctor also said i have a sinus infection! i don't seem to mind any of it because my demeanor is still really happy! oh, and i got weighed when i went to the doctor and at 20 months old i weigh 22 lbs. and 4 oz.!
i can say even more words now (wabash, illini, football, eyebrow, elbow, to name a few). i am even practicing some more phrases such as: mommy sit, more sing, um...let me see, truck go, more choo choo and many others! i also make monkey noises when asked what they say and i say "meeeeenow" for what a kitty cat says! mommy can't keep up with my language development! it is fun to be able to communicate more lately!
i am 20.5 months old now! i am very independent and get upset if mommy tries to hold my hand at times. i love things that move (buses, trucks, airplanes, choo choo trains, etc.). i had a playdate with my neighbor, jason droge, recently. he is the younger brother to my favorite babysitter! it was fun!
this weekend is greekfest! it is right down the street from our house and i look forward to playing in the children's area this year. then next week grandma peggy comes to visit! yippee! i'm sure that i'm missing a lot of info in my update...so i may add more later! luv ya!
